OXFORD: A man had to be cut from the wreckage of a car after it crashed off Watlington Road yesterday.
The grey Vauxhall Vectra left the carriageway near Garsington and travelled about 30 metres off the road.
Two fire engines and the police were called to the accident at 3.29pm and closed the road between the junctions with Garsington Road and Grenoble Road until 4.36pm.
The extent of the man’s injuries was last night not known.
