OXFORD: A second man has appeared in court charged with murdering Denis Witney.
Wayne Cattell, 36, from Mortimer Road, Rose Hill, Oxford, was brought before Oxford Crown Court yesterday.
Mr Witney, 39, was found in St Clement’s Street, Oxford, just before 9pm on November 9 and died later at in hospital.
Cattell was remanded to enter a plea in February.
