Ian Harris, 35, of Weirs Lane, Oxford, admitted possessing cocaine (Class A), assault by beating and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause unlawful violence in Oxford on February 4. Given 200 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £250 compensation.

Gavin Justice, 35, of Mickle Way, Forest Hill, admitted driving without due care and attention, driving without insurance and failing to stop after a collision which cause injury in Marsh Lane, Oxford, on December 14. Fined £300, a £15 victims’ surcharge and given nine penalty points.

Iain Ryan, 48, of Reading Road, Henley, admitted stealing a wallet in Henley on January 4. Fined £200, a £15 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.

Lumturi Bitri, 24, of Gladstone Road, Oxford, admitted driving without insurance in London Road, Oxford, on April 16. Fined £200, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £200 costs. Banned from driving for six months.

Justin Wells, 35, of Cleveley Road, Enstone, convicted of driving without due care and attention, and admitted driving without insurance and without a licence in West End, Wootton, near Woodstock, on July 18. Fined £500, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £250 costs. Given six penalty points.

BANBURY Luke Clarkson, 21, of Kingfisher Way, Bicester, admitted drink driving in Sheep Street, Bicester, on April 22. Had 80 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £175, a £15 victims’ surcharge, and £40 costs. Banned from driving for three years.

Darren Davies, 41, of Victoria Road, Bicester, admitted criminally damaging a Renault Megane wing mirror valued at £337.45 in Bicester on November 2. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £337.45 compensation and £45 costs.

Barry Stacey, 51, of Headley Way, Oxford, admitted drink driving on the A40 near Eynsham on March 6. Had 148 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of urine, above the legal limit of 107 milligrams. Fined £150, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs. Banned from driving for a year.

Matthew Parkes, 23, of Oxford Road, Bodicote, admitted driving without insurance, without a licence and drink driving in Bloxham Road, Banbury, on March 8. Had 114 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of urine, above the legal limit of 107 milligrams. Fined £300, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs. Banned from driving for a year.

Sunna Lock, 23, of Bullingdon Prison, admitted possessing a mobile phone in prison on March 26. Jailed for 90 days because “taking a mobile phone into prison is a very serious offence and defendant is in custody awaiting sentence for robbery”.

David Holmes, 24, of Sherwood Close, Launton, admitted being carried in a stolen boat between July 22 and 25, 2010, at Wolvercote, and theft of eight six-volt batteries valued at £660 in Kidlington on March 21. Told to do 100 hours unpaid work and pay £262.35 compensation.

Hayley Stout, 24, of Rotary Way, Banbury, admitted shoplifting four bottles of vodka valued at £37.39 from Aldi in Banbury on May 4 and a sat nav in Bicester on April 17. Also admitted driving without a licence and insurance in Beaumont Road, Banbury, on May 4. Given a four-week prison sentence, suspended for 16 weeks. Given six penalty points.

Samson Biddle, 45, of Brize Norton Road, Carterton, admitted assault by beating and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a fear of immediate unlawful violence in Carterton on September 14. Fined £150, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs.

Craig Cripps, 28, of Milestone Road, Carterton, admitted shoplifting eight bottles of alcohol valued at £160 from Co-op in Kidlington. Jailed for a month.

Clayton Goosen, 32, of The Briars, Northampton, admitted stealing 36 bottles of Moet and Chandon champagne valued at £540 and three pairs of ladies’ shoes from Christian Dior in Bicester between August 17 and October 3. Given 100 hours’ unpaid work, told to pay £540 compensation, £85 costs.

Stuart Hutchings, 37, of Mold Crescent, Banbury, admitted possessing 62 tablets of buprenorphine (Class C), shoplifting a £21.29 bottle of vodka from Co-op and resisting arrest in Chipping Norton on October 11. Fined £580, a £15 victims’ surcharge, £150 costs and told to pay £21.29 compensation.

Caroline O’Connell, 32, of Jubilee Court, Banbury, admitted shoplifting four jars of coffee valued at £15.96 from Family Bargains in Banbury on November 21 and two packs of meat from Co-op in Banbury on November 10. Jailed for 112 days due to “previous convictions and unwillingness to comply with community orders”.

Nazre Wright, 23, of Rodney Close, Birmingham, admitted destroying a car windscreen and window valued at £750 in Banbury on September 20. Told to pay £750 compensation.

Nicholas Brain, 20, of Princethorpe Drive, Banbury, admitted criminally damaging a light casing and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Banbury on February 11. Fined £300, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Tommy Meachin, 20, of Lunals Farm, Bloxham, admitted acquiring, using or having possession of criminal property, namely a quad bike, in Devon on August 14. Fined £200, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Prajesh Patel, 18, of North Street, Banbury, admitted driving without due care and attention, driving without insurance and failing to stop after a collision in which injury was caused in Southam Road, Banbury, on October 26. Fined £375, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs. Also told to pay £300 compensation and banned from driving for a year.
