The Football Association is taking the right view in trying to improve the technique of our youngsters.
It is about 20 years behind on the plan.
But its decision to effectively scrap the traditional boys’ and girls’ leagues because it does not want them to be competitive will stir a lot of reaction, not least among the children themselves.
We want to know what you, our readers and the parents of the children who will be affected, think.
Please email sportsdesk@nqo.com your thoughts and we will pass them on to the FA.
