“The addition of our serviced offices will open the park up to even more businesses.”

Parent company, Formal Investments, acquired Trident Business Park in 2010 for £3.82m and has since invested significantly in the infrastructure and landscaping including £60,000 in the serviced offices.

The park was originally purpose built by Grove-based Williams Formula One in 1977.

Up to 20 business could be housed in the offices creating approximately 50 jobs.

Ms O’Callaghan added: “Many companies, particularly start-ups and small businesses, are unable to commit to long-term leases and want high quality space on flexible terms.”

Trident House benefits from free parking, a staffed reception, first class meetings rooms with conference call facilities, modern IT and telecommunications and fully equipped kitchen areas.

Trident Business Park is on the A4130 close to the junction with Basil Hill Road, between Southmead Industrial Park and Milton Park.
