ONCE we used to say: “I need to spend a penny.”
Then, through decisions made by Oxford City Council ’s John Tanner and Bob Price there was more thought needed on where one might be able to go.
Now, thanks partly to the efforts of the Oxford Mail’s Jeremy Smith (Oxford Mail, July 26, Public Loo Revamp), I’ll soon be able to “have a Jeremy”.
