The Regal nightclub in East Oxford will reopen next week.
Mary-Jane Sareva, who works as a security officer at the Cowley Road venue, told members of Oxford City Council’s east area committee it was due to re-open on Friday, January 30.
It has been closed for several weeks after failing to reopen after a planned break.
Members of a regular salsa class held on Tuesdays at the Regal have also been told they will be able to return to the venue next week, with sessions set to restart on Tuesday, January 27.
The club’s management team were unavailable for comment.
