Alex Scrivener receives her trophy
ALEX Scrivener backed up her cross country form with victory in the Vienna mini marathon.
Oxford City’s under 11 star entered the 2km race, which took place a day before the city’s marathon, while on a family holiday.
Scrivener stormed to victory in 7mins 40secs before being interviewed on Austrian TV.
The fast-improving youngster showed her promise by winning the last three rounds of the Oxford Mail Cross Country League.
