HENLEY Hawks must remain mentally tough as they target the National 2 South title.

That is the view of director of rugby Mike Poulson, whose side host Dings Crusaders tomorrow.

Henley could seal the title by winning their remaining three matches, while they need another five points to guarantee a promotion play-off.

“All the remaining games are going to be close and tense,” said Poulson.

“In each case it is the team with the mental toughness, more than physical toughness, that comes out on top.

“The key guys did this at Hartpury, particularly in the second half. We need to keep our focus firmly on the next game.”

Henley head coach Nigel Dudding has named the same side that won 16-12 at Hartpury College last week.

Dings beat Hawks 25-22 in December, but have not won at Dry Leas for over six years.

Chinnor add flanker Jordan Wood to their squad to visit relegation-threatened Taunton.

Oxford Harlequins are without a number of players for their trip to Barnstaple in National 3 South West.

Captain Harry Whittington is running the London Mara-thon so sits out, while Simon Chadbone is involved in the memorial match for Jason Laman at Wheatley.

Chris Davies (ankle) and Harry Burn (back to university) are also absent.

Witney need two points from their trip to relegation rivals Cheltenham to be sure of avoiding the drop from South West 1 East.

Marlow and Newbury are also in the relegation mix. Experienced centre James Lamb has to make do with a place on the bench.

In Southern Counties North, Grove need two points from their home clash with Milton Keynes to guarantee second place and a promotion play-off against Trowbridge.

Victory would ensure a home play-off and could see Grove win the league in the unlikely event that Buckingham lose at Thatcham.
