Nathan Absalom took 6-28, including a hat-trick, as Oxford 3rd thrashed Long Marston 2nd by 182 runs in Division 6.

Put in to bat, Oxford scored 240-5, with Mark Sheehan (93) and Will Smith (55no) in the runs. Absalom and Waqas Ali (3-18) then joined forces to dismiss Marston for 58.

Stanton St John Willows pulled off a rare win after coming out on top in a tight contest against Bourton Vale 2nd.

James Collett hit 76 of Vale's 141 all out, in which Matt Todd (4-40) and Ben Bradshaw (4-25) did most of the damage.

Greg Homer's 6-50 had Willows in trouble, but Ian Homer's 40 set up a two-wicket win, which was only tempered by the loss of five points for failing to provide an umpire.

A 111-run partnership for the third wicket between Mark Bowman (69no) and Rob Sessions (65) set Wallingford on the way to a six-wicket home win over Bledlow Ridge 2nd.

Earlier, Phil Brooks (64) and Richard Dryden (45) had taken Ridge to 195-7, which Wallingford passed with one over to spare.

Stephen Green took 4-21 AS Horspath 2nd dismissed Bledlow Village 2nd for just 92.

Only Steve Williams (32) gave the scoreline a modicum of respectability.

Thame Town 2nd saw off Wolverton Town 2nd by four wickets.

Wolverton crawled to 157-9 from their 52 overs, which Thame passed with plenty of overs to spare.
