Rampant North Leigh hit eight after the break with super-sub Alfie Saunders notching a seven-minute hat-trick as Division 1 South & West’s, Zamaretto Southern League, bottom club Bracknell were shown no mercy.

In a one-sided but goalless first half, Andy Caton had an effort disallowed for offside and Andy McCabe’s header was cleared off the line.

The floodgates opened within a minute of the restart as Ben Reardon and Caton set up Matty Taylor, who netted with a diving header.

It was 2-0 just after the hour as Karl Dodds headed home his sixth goal of the season from Andrew Helby’s corner.

Reardon’s superb solo run ended with a composed finish under the advancing Matt Skinner, and it was 4-0 as Taylor raced clear of the offside trap to lash a stunning shot into the roof of the net.
