Didcot grabbed their first home win and in the process scored their first Premier Division goals at the Loop Meadow this season, with a hard-fought victory.

The Railwaymen took the lead in the third minute.

Michael Bartley got the better of Hemel Hempstead keeper Mike McEntegart, and Mark Draycott converted his square-pass from close in.

The home side posed most of the questions.

Alex Stanley was denied by a great save, while Bartley missed from ten yards.

Hemel dominated after the break, and pulled a goal back when the dangerous Adam Bernard’s cross was sliced into his own net by Didcot
