OXFORD Harlequins have been deducted five points for fielding an ineligible player in National 3 South West.
The RFU imposed the penalty on Quins after they played lock Luke Brown against Bournemouth on September 3.
Quins claimed Brown, who also appeared for them last season, was correctly registered, but the RFU rejected their appeal.
The five-point deduction means Quins are still in the relegation zone.
