Brian Mabbutt (+20) won a very close first game for Cowley, pipping Nigel Bossom (+10) 200-196.
Alan Mander (+40) came back well for New Club in the second, winning 200-171 against Ken Olive (+80) with breaks of 37 and 20.
Alan King (+10) sealed the match with a 200-196 success against Neil Kirby (+70).
Thame moved off the bottom of Division 2 with a 3-0 victory over Cowley Conservative Club A, who replace them.
