North Leigh defender Tom Franklin won the players’ player of the year award at the Evo-Stik Southern League club’s annual presentation night.

Brian Bowles was the manager’s player of the year, while Andy Caton picked up the supporters’ player accolade.

The Millers finished a place below the Division 1 South & West play-off positions for the second year in a row, their tally of 90 goals more than runners-up Poole Town.

They also lifted the Oxfordshire Senior Cup for the second time in their history with a 5-0 win against Oxford City.

Both A and B teams finished third in the Witney & District FA’s Premier Division and Division 3 respectively.
