PENNY NOEL Penny died suddenly at the JR on 28th April 2016. Artist, gardener, bonne vivante and friend, mother of Louise and Alexander. Farewell service at the Oxford Crematorium on Monday 23rd May at 11.15 and afterwards at her home. If wished, donations to The Oxfordshire Associaton for the Blind, who gave her so much help, c/o Cooperative Funeral care, 29 Rogers Street, Oxford OX2 7JS
