EVANS Jack Died peacefully on Monday 1st May 2017, aged 88 years. Beloved Husband of Pat, devoted Father of Karin and Caroline and dearly loved Grandfather, Great Grandfather and Brother. Private cremation. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Peter's Church, Cassington, on Friday 19th May 2017, at 2.00pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Cancer Research UK and Sobell House Hospice, c/o Greens Funeral Services, 21 High Street, Eynsham, Oxford, OX29 4HE.
