ELLSE (Rose) Ann Passed away peacefully on the morning of May 28th in Oxford. Mother to Christopher and Jonathan; grandmother to Jamie, Isabella and Lucas; great grandmother to Georgia, sister to Colin and Cedric and mother-in-law to Alex.
