MILTON PARK: A firm of specialist intellectual property (IP) advisers has launched.
Sipara will provide a full range of services to enable firms to capture, protect, exploit and enforce their IP assets.
Founding partners Hugh Tebay, Robert Furneaux and Rebecca Kaye, and their team of specialist solicitors, trade mark attorneys and paralegals, all came from Oxford-based IP firm Rouse where they worked closely together as the Oxford Brands Group.
Mr Tebay said: “We are facing some of the toughest market conditions in decades and many companies are simply not optimising what their intellectual property assets can do for the business.
“This is the perfect time to launch our business and we are focused on providing a service that delivers value for money.”
