Banbury law firm Spratt Endicott has been presented with the Conveyancing Quality Standard from the Law Society.

The award recognises firms that are committed to the highest standards of conveyancing for home buyers.

David Inch, partner in Spratt Endicott’s residential property department, said: “This award will help us maintain our existing standards through annual monitoring and enforcement.”
