CHEF Raymond Blanc was forced to stop serving a lambs’ liver dish in his restaurant chain because of food poisoning fears.
Staff at the branch of Brasserie Blanc at Covent Garden in London were told by the local environmental health officer about concerns relating to the main course which features lambs’ liver served with potatoes and green beans.
Two diners complained of suffering food poisoning after dining at the Covent Garden restaurant.
The dish was served at all branches of the restaurant including the one in Walton Street, Oxford.
