Arrest made after fight outside Headington pub tonight

ONE person has been arrested on suspicion of assault and another taken to hospital after a fight near The Britannia pub in Headington.
Police were called to the London Road pub at about 6.30pm this evening to a fight involving up to three people.
Insp Mike Webber-Gant said a person was taken to hospital but details of their injuries were not known.
He refused to give details about the sex and age of those involved.
South Central Ambulance Service spokesman James Keating-Wilkes said paramedics had not been called to the scene.
