A man exposed himself in front of a 42-year-old woman jogging with her dog.
The crime happened in the wooded area of Albert Park, Abingdon, at about 11.35am on Sunday. Police said the flasher was white, in his early 40s, of average build and about 5ft 9in. He was wearing a black padded jacket and black trousers.
