Jason Tripp, 24, of Larkhill Road, Abingdon, admitted drink-driving in Market Place, Abingdon, on October 21. Had 95 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms.
Community order made and told to do 150 hours of unpaid work. Also told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 40 months.
Ricky Tremlett, 21, of Spencer Crescent, Rose Hill, Oxford, admitted assaulting Pc Katie Ward and criminal damage to a police van in Donnington Bridge Road, Oxford, on October 6. Also admitted criminal damage to a police vehicle in Abingdon Road, Oxford, on September 2.
Community order made with activity and supervision requirements. Told to do 50 hours of unpaid community work, pay £50 compensation and £85 costs.
Daniel Windebank, 23, of Station Road, Cholsey, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Broadway, Didcot, on October 6. Given a six-month conditional discharge, told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
