Traffic lights stuck on red (From The Oxford Times)

THE traffic lights at Wolvercote Bridge are stuck on red.

Motorists are experiencing problems in both directions at the bridge in Godstow Road.

The lights are stuck on red to promote the free flow of cyclists. Sorry - too predictable!
