I WOULD like to agree with Steven Dunkerley of Abingdon on Trouble with Technology (ViewPoints, February 11).
I am one of the ‘50 plus brigade’ who does not want to go online with information technology.
I do not understand it and if I did decide to go ‘online’ and something went wrong with it, I would not be able to get it to work.
How are we supposed to pay our bills if we do not understand it and the Government expects everyone to go online?
A lot of people will have this problem and it is not fair expecting everyone to go online when the system is flawed.
