Sir – What a revelation (Weekend, March 28) — a new restaurant critic who can write entertainingly and informatively — Liz Nicholls’s article on The Angel really whetted the appetite and inspired a rapid visit to the hostelry reviewed.
More of the same please but no more of the previous critic (I am sure readers know to whom I refer) whose bland reviews induced little more than indigestion.
