Daniel McMaster, 24, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, admitted causing criminal damage to a wooden door in Saxton Road on March 6. Fined £75 and told to pay £20 victims' surcharge and £85 costs.

Amanda Marshall, 43, of Clapcot Way, Wallingford, admitted failing to make sure a child attended Wallingford School between April 30, 2012, and October 2, 2012. Fined £375 and told to pay £15 victims’ surcharge and £150 costs.

BANBURY

Wayne Brain, 38, of Mill Lane, Upper Heyford, near Bicester, convicted of stealing sweets in High Street, Upper Heyford, on July 19. Community order made with five-day education and training activity requirement and 12-months supervision. Told to pay £8 compensation, £60 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs.

Jack Brain, 23, of Ardley Road, Middleton Stoney, near Bicester, admitted assault by beating in Hensington Road, Woodstock, on September 23. Given a three-month prison sentence suspended for 12 months with 200 hours of unpaid work. Told to pay £400 compensation, £80 victims’ surcharge and £42.50 costs.

Kirsty-Leigh Dare, 24, of Bartlett Close, Witney, admitted drink-driving in Witney on August 5. Had 84 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £135 and told to pay £15 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs. Given a 21-month driving ban.
