IS there anyone out there who can explain to me about road tax, which I believe was introduced as a tax for cars running on the road. So how do low emissions stop a car from running on the road?
In time when (if) all cars are low emissions, what will they tax next? We will no doubt go back to road tax for running on the road, so we are back to where we started.
