A 31-year-old man has been sectioned under the Mental Heath Act after reportedly threatening to jump off the balcony of a fourth-floor flat.
Juxon Street was sealed off for about two-and-a-half hours from 5.30pm on Friday with about 20 police and paramedics at the scene.
Trained negotiators talked the man down just after 8pm.
