Firefighters were called to tackle a small fire at Falafel House, a food stall in Gloucester Green, on Saturday night.
Two appliances from Rewley Road, along with an aerial platform, attended the blaze, which broke out at about 6.37pm.
The fire was said to have been caused by cleaning cloths igniting on an electric hot plate.
