Sir – A few years ago, I very much enjoyed reading the Age Concern column in The Oxford Times written by Mary Evans Young.
I was therefore interested to see in May’s Oxfordshire Limited Edition, the interview with both Mary and Derek that focused on their recently published book on ageing.
Having recently retired and starting to explore the new opportunities this presents, I am finding this book, Ageing with Attitude, full of insights, strategies and practical ideas on how to live life to the full.
It is an inspirational book, giving permission to try new things, face the inevitable difficulties and … age with attitude!
