NEIGHBOURS have spoken of their shock after the “unexplained" death of a two-year-old girl.
Police were called to an address in Herald Way, Glory Farm, Bicester, this morning over concerns for welfare of a child. A little girl’s body was found at the address.
A woman is understood to live at the property with the child and was named locally as Angela, believed to be in her late 30s or early 40s.
A search on the electoral register lists an Angela Whitworth as living at the property.
Neighbours said she had lived there for about 10 years but “kept herself to herself and was very quiet”.
It is understood the father of the toddler was Morroccan, but the couple split up before the girl was born.
A police forensic team has been at the house, which police have cordoned off.
