OXON: The Highways Agency were called to clear up a large metal reel after a lorry shed its load near the M40 yesterday.
It shed its load of metal cabling on the slip road to the Welcome Break services at junction 8.
The driver cleared most of the cabling after the accident at 6.10am. The remaining reel was cleared by 7am.
