A 45-year-old man has admitted causing death by dangerous driving after a crash last year.

Andrew Myers, of Hazelwell Crescent, Birmingham, was involved in an accident on the A40 near Witney on September 5.

A passenger in his car, Herve Bakundukize, died in the John Radcliffe Hospital after a crash involving a tractor.

Yesterday Myers appeared in Oxford Crown Court and pleaded guilty.

He will appear again at the crown court to be sentenced on July 31.

He was released on unconditional bail.
