A masonry firm stands accused of committing corporate manslaughter after the death of one of its employees in 2010.
Yesterday a representative of Cavendish Masonry Limited appeared in Oxford Magistrates’ Court.
The Bristol and Bath-based company has been charged with two offences relating to the death of David Evans on February 9, 2010.
It is accused of having failed in its duty of care towards an employee at the Well Barn Estate, in Moulsford, near Wallingford.
The case was sent to the crown court for a preliminary hearing on Monday.
