Sir – We have received a letter from Thames Water. It is addressed to “The Occupier” at our address.
But on the back of the envelope we are asked: “Is this addressed to someone who has moved?” Well, no, “the occupier” has not moved . . . s/he wouldn't be the occupier if they had.
