Food traders will go head-to-head in a bid to win the right to sell from two of the city’s sought-after spaces.

Oxford City Council’s licensing and registration committee will meet at 5.30pm next Wednesday to decide who will get to trade from sites at the junction of New Inn Hall Street and Queen Street and outside Scrivens Opticians, High Street.

A total of 14 applications, including one from Labour councillor Saj Malik, have been received.
