OXFORD

  • Daryl Webb, 18, of Kynaston Road, Didcot, admitted causing racially or religiously aggravated harassment, alarm or distress by words or writing in Didcot on June 23. Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • Andy Harris, 35, of Gordon Woodward Way, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis in Oxford on April 14. Fined £50, told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £35 costs.
  • Luke Butler, 22, of Hollow Way, Cowley, Oxford, admitted stealing jewellery worth £550 in Addison Crescent, Oxford, between August 1, 2012 and May 4. Community order made with a five-month curfew requirement. Told to pay £1,500 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

BANBURY

  • Christopher Jackson, 26, of Prospect Road, Banbury, admitted causing criminal damage worth £2,782.60 to window panes and a door frame belonging to Banbury Print and Design in George Street, Banbury on June 8. Also admitted possessing cocaine, a Class A drug, in Grosvenor Road, Banbury on June 8. Community order made with a 12-week curfew requirement and fined £50. Told to pay £250 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • Kevin Maloney, 31, of The Colony, Sibford Gower, near Banbury, admitted drink-driving in Sibford Gower on June 21. Had 40 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. Given a 12-month driving ban and fined £110. Told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
