A coroner has ruled that Granville Machin died after falling from his bed at his home in Longford Way.
The 84-year-old was taken to Sobell House Hospice in Headington where he died five days later, on March 16, 2013.
Oxfordshire’s coroner Darren Salter yesterday ruled the death was accidental.
