A planning committee has been scheduled by South Oxfordshire District Council at 6pm on Wednesday at the council offices in Crowmarsh.
Among items recommended for approval are plans for a three-bedroomed home in Kentwood Close, Cholsey.
It will be the second planning committee in two weeks, following one on Wednesday when Morrisons was granted permission to build a new store on the Hithercroft industrial estate.
