Two men accused of manslaughter following the death of a man who fell through a roof at their farm will face court again next year.
John Binning, 64, from Great Park Farm, Besselsleigh, and James Binning, 27, from Binnings Farm, Besselsleigh, appeared before Oxford Crown Court yesterday. Their case was adjourned and they have been released on bail.
They were charged following the death of former army Sergeant Major Dean Henderson-Smith, 46, of High Street, Long Wittenham.
Mr Henderson-Smith died while working at Great Park Farm on October 18 last year.
