OXON: Views are being sought on how mental health services will be purchased by the NHS.
Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group wants to buy services from providers based on outcomes, rather than quantity.
It is now seeking views on what these outcomes should be for mental health, such as ensuring sufferers are in employment and good physical health.
