Plans for Oxford's new £3m Rose Hill Community Centre are set to be approved.
The proposals by Oxford City Council have been recommended for approval by officers. They now have to be approved by a committee of city councillors on Wednesday before any go-ahead.
In a poll by the council in November, 459 of 585 residents said they supported plans for the new centre in Ashhurst Way, with 126 backing refurbishment.
