• Arron Gardner, 28, of no fixed address, admitted possession of crack cocaine, a Class A drug in Barn’s Road, Oxford, on September 18. Fined £100, ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Also admitted being in possession of heroin, a Class A drug in Barn’s Road, Oxford. Fined £100.
  • Jonathan Cooper, 22, of High Street, Benson, admitted drink driving in Wantage Road, Wallingford, on August 31. Had 125mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath above the legal limit of 35mg. Given a community order and must do 200 hours of unpaid work over the next year. Ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 32 months.
  • Charlotte Trinder, 29, of Donnington Bridge Road, admitted obstructing or resisting a constable in execution of ther duty on July 4 in Oxford. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £20 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs.
  • Adeel Ahmed, 36, Hockmore Tower, was convicted of common assault in Oxford on January 24. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 24 months. Ordered to pay £80 victims’ surcharge and £750 costs.
  • Terrance Kerrigan, 49, of no fixed address, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Faulkner Street, Oxford, on September 18. Fined £80, ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Also admitted being drunk and disorderly on July 19 and July 20 in Oxford. Fined £100.
  • Gulshan Mefailova, 27, of Brocklesby Road, admitted stealing two ornaments to the value of £16 from Asda in the John Allen Centre, Towns Road, Oxford, on June 19. Ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • Robert Chmielowiec, 36, of Hamble Road, Didcot, admitted failing to provide specimen for analysis on June 9 at Abingdon police station, Colwell Drive. Fined £200, ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs.
  • Michael Barker, 23, of Lower Icknield Way, Chinnor, admitted drink-driving in Oxford Road, Thame on August 27. Had 45 micrograms in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £450, a £45 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 14 months.
  • Kophie Fisher, 20, of Coopers Piece, Wallingford, admitted using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Hythe Bridge Street, Oxford, on August 25. Fined £135, a £20 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.
  • David McIntyre, 51, of Kiln Avenue, Chinnor, admitted drink-driving in Park Street, Thame, on August 26. Had 94 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £180, a £20 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 24 months.
  • Fiona Westbrook, 31, of Town End Road, Faringdon, admitted threatening violence to secure entry to premises in Greengates, Faringdon, on August 24. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.
  • Tim McDonagh, 34, of Bernwood Road, Headington, Oxford, admitted assaulting PC Matthew Goodchild and PC Emma Fitzsimmonds in the execution of their duty in Oxford on August 26. Fined a total of £500, a £30 victims’ surcharge and £135 costs.
  • Tracy Clarke, 44, of Lewell Avenue, Old Marston, Oxford, admitted selling alcohol to a person aged under 18 at TR Stores, St Nicholas Road, Oxford, on November 16. Fined £50 and a £20 victims’ surcharge.
  • Jason Dewsbury, 19, of Trinity Road, Headington, Oxford, admitted assault in Quarry Road, Headington, Oxford, on June 23. Restraining order made and fined £80, a £20 victims’ surcharge and £200 costs.
  • Fay Knott, 18, of Great Western Drive, Didcot, admitted wilfully obstructing Inps John Linsell in the execution of his duty in Oxford on May 19. Fined £60, £50 compensation, a £20 victim’s surcharge and £85 costs.
  • Claire Gill, 36, of St Nicholas Road, Littlemore, Oxford, admitted stealing a handbag worth £1,218 from Valentino in Bicester Village, Bicester, on May 19. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge made on March 3 for stealing £273.88 of food from Sainsbury’s in Heyford Hill. Given a four-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and told to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs.
  • Leon Harrop, 27, of Sycamore Drive, Oxford, admitted taking a Renault Scenic without consent on August 2 in Napier Road. Also admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis, driving without a licence and driving without insurance on the same date. Community order made with activity requirement and nine-month supervision requirement. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • Tara Asamoah, 41, of Bowyer Road, Abingdon, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in St Aldate’s police station on September 9. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.
  • Jessie Harris, 20, of Merlin Road, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Stratton Way, Abingdon, on August 20. Also admitted failing to surrender to Oxford Magistrates’ Court on September 6. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £35 costs.
  • David Hetherington, 37, Savile Way, Grove, near Wantage, admitted two counts of assault by beating in Market Place, Wantage, on July 4. Also admitted sending an electronic message which he knew to be false for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to another on the same date. Community order made with activity requirement and 12-month supervision requirement. Told to pay £100 compensation and a £10 victims’ surcharge.
  • Kalem Edwards, 21, of Sandy Lane, Oxford, admitted two counts of breaching a non-molestation order on August 8 and August 9 in Oxford. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge made for 12 months on April 2. Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge.
