County highways officers have baulked at a plan to turn vacant office space in Oxford into new housing.
University College and Oxford Architects hope to change numbers 28 to 31 Little Clarendon Street into four one-bed and four two-bed homes.
But Oxfordshire County Council’s senior transport planner Steve McMillan has recommended Oxford City Council refuse on grounds there is too little detail about the impact of the development from extra car parking and waste available.
A decision is expected to be made by Tuesday, October 8.
