The man accused of holding police at bay during a 12-hour siege is due to appear at Oxford Crown Court today.
Daniel Rodriguez, 38, of Morton Avenue, Kidlington, has been charged with two counts of possession of an imitation firearm, using an imitation firearm with intent to resist arrest, possession of a weapon for the discharge of a noxious liquid and false imprisonment.
The counts relate to the stand-off on July 9 at his address. He has been in custody since his arrest.
