A 40-YEAR-OLD man has been released without charge after being arrested as part of an investigation into an East Oxford sex attack.
A woman was woken up early on Wednesday morning by an intruder who kissed her and then fled through the window of the James Street house.
A man was arrested on Thursday night in connection with the incident but released yesterday morning. Police have described the suspect as black, about 5ft 8in tall, slim and with short dark hair.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101.
