A TEENAGER has been arrested after a burglar opened an unlocked front door at a house in Witney and stole a handbag from the hallway.
The crime happened in Davenport Road between 10am and 3pm on Sunday.
A 19-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of burglary and released on bail until January 28.
Anyone with information should call Pc Lorna Briggs at Witney police station on 101.
