A 24-year-old man arrested last week on suspicion of terrorist crimes has been released without charge.
The man was arrested in Cowley, Oxford, early on Tuesday last week as part of an investigation into those supporting fighting in Syria.
He was held by counter-terrorism police in Manchester on suspicion of being concerned in the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.
Greater Manchester Police - who originally said the man was 29 - released him on Friday along with another man and a woman.
A 29-year-old man from Manchester has been charged.
